The construction for Sonla Hydropower Plant was called the most important project in 21 century, which is the spotlight in Vietnam currently and rises up so many close attentions from key politicians including Mr. Nong Duc Manh, general secretary of Vietnam

On Son La River, there is a big power plant called Hoa binh Power Plant without any ship lock for barge passing, so they must unload the heavy cargo on the ground at a temporary jetty in rural area of Hoa Binh. Then, load those to another temporary which over the hoa binh Hydro power plant

After that, They will load the trailer to another barge again, and delivery those to Son la Hydro power plant which is still under construction
